Return policy and process

We accept online returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be received within 14 days of the refund request. Items must be recieved undamaged and in unused condition.

To make a return email us at: lollipunklady@gmail.com, make sure your email contains your order number. You can find your order number in your original confirmation email. Customers are required to pay for return postage however the postage and packaging charge from your order will be refunded. Returns can also be made directly to us at EVE events. Items returned at EVE events will not have the postage and packaging refunded. After receipt of your item, we process returns within 7 working days. Unless store credit is requested, funds received will be sent to your original method of payment.

If you think an order has been placed with us fraudulently please contact your bank and keep us updated via the email above.

order cancellation

If you ordered in error or have changed your mind about a purchase you can cancel your order if you order has not been marked as fulfilled. To do this please email us at: thelollipunklady@gmail.com. When orders are fulfilled you recieve an email from us stating that your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you/ready to collect. If you are unsure of your order status you can email us at the above address.
